Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a refund of the product price. Refunds are processed back to the method of payment at the time of purchase.

Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, in the original condition and packaging to warrant a refund. A 20% restocking fee will be applied on all returned items due to buyer’s remorse. Customer will also have to pay costs associated with the return shipping to our warehouse.

Replacement Policy

If a product is received in a damaged condition or if product parts are missing - and we are notified within 15 days of receiving the product, we will replace the damaged product at no additional cost, or we will ship the missing parts at no additional cost.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. You'll receive confirmation and a follow up email with the proper tracking number so you can track your package conveniently and easily.

We cannot ship to post office boxes (P.O. Boxes) or APO/FPO addresses due to FedEx/UPS policies. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Military Bases, or Any Outer U.S. Islands.
