Shipping Details
Please allow 3-4 business days for processing of your order and shipment. Once the item’s shipping label is printed, you’ll receive an email with tracking information and contact details if there are any issues. Items are shipped in large cardboard boxes, with each item neatly organized inside of plastic bags. You’ll also receive an instructions pamphlet, and a review card to give us your honest feedback!
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to FedEx/UPS policies.
We also do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Military Bases, or Any U.S. Outer Islands.
If you order multiple items at once, your items will be packaged within the same shipping box – unless explicitly directed not to do so. Please contact us if there are any special circumstances or issues with this shipping policy. If there are any issues with your shipment, contact our support team and they will assist you with the next steps.
